Commercial Carpet Cleaning
Carpet in the lounge, the offices and service reception, cleaned once the dealership has closed for the day.
Commercial carpet cleaning →
New and used car dealers, service centres, tyre shops and auto centres get customer lounges, sales and finance offices and a service reception free of workshop grease, coffee spills and dark walkways. The rooms around your showroom are measured and priced free of charge, then cleaned after hours, so no customer waits on damp carpet.

Buyers sit in your sales and finance offices while a deal is written up. Service customers wait in the lounge while their car is in the workshop.
Those are the rooms where customers sit still and look around. A soiled carpet or a grease path from the workshop door undoes the impression the showroom made.
Every car dealership carpet cleaning job we take on is done to the IICRC S100 standard. After hours, police-cleared technicians on our own staff are the people near your key cabinet and finance files. We never subcontract.
Every room we clean carries our guarantee. If anything isn't right after your clean, tell us within 14 days and we'll come back and set it right, at no extra charge.
The IICRC S100 sequence runs through every customer room we clean. Dry vacuuming takes out loose soil, a pre-spray dwells, then rinsing and extraction finish the clean. AS/NZS 3733:2018 applies to the same work. Your dealer principal can look the firm up in the IICRC Global Locator by entering Perth.
We work at the hours you name, once the lounge, offices and service reception have emptied. The carpet then dries with nobody on it.
The owner measures each room by laser, then puts the price in writing. Whoever priced the job answers for the result.
Inspection first, price second
We look over each carpeted room, measure it and put a price in writing. You decide afterwards whether to book.

Showroom floors are usually tiled. The carpet sits in the rooms around them, where customers wait, talk and sign. Those are the rooms we clean.
A franchise dealership carpets its customer lounge, sales offices and finance office, often with service reception too. We clean every carpeted room after close, so the rooms where the sale is finalised are as clean as the showroom.
A used car yard's sales office takes dust and grit straight off the lot on every pair of shoes. That grit packs hard at the entry until machine agitation loosens it for the rinse.
Service reception and the waiting lounge sit beside the workshop, so grease, oil and workshop grime come in on boots and shoes. We loosen that soil with a degreaser before the extraction.
Tyre and auto centres carpet their customer lounges and offices. Workshop traffic darkens the route from the service door to the counter. We clean the offices and customer areas outside your trading hours.
Have the lounge cleaned before it
Name the date of your event and we book the clean after close in the days before it, leaving the carpet time to dry.
A dealership's carpet carries two kinds of soil, oily grime from the workshop floor and the spills of customers waiting with a coffee. Each mark is matched to its spotter before the main clean. You hear our honest expectation of the result at the inspection.
Grease and oil walk in from the service bays and bind to the fibre. Water alone spreads them, so a degreasing spotter goes on first. Extraction then carries the loosened oil out of the pile.
The coffee machine in the lounge brings tannin, milk and sugar onto the floor, with biscuit crumbs and food around the seating. Tannin needs a tannin spotter, while the milk and crumbs are protein soil that calls for an enzyme spotter.
Rubber soles and tyres carried through reception leave black scuffs on the carpet. A solvent spotter, applied without water, breaks the rubber down so the clean can lift it.
Every customer and technician walks the same line between the door and the counter, until compacted soil shows as a dark track. Machine agitation breaks it up before hot water extraction.
Rain carried in on shoes dries as brown rings once it draws soil up from the base of the carpet, a process called wicking. We rinse the marks out, then dry the area fast with air movers so the soil has no time to wick back up.
Keep water off it and call us
Wipe away what sits on the surface with a dry cloth. Water and household detergent push oil deeper and spread the mark wider.

What has soiled the carpet decides the method, while your trading hours set the time we come. Hot water extraction, which customers often call steam cleaning, flushes heavy soil, grease and a mix of stains out of the pile. Nobody should walk on it for the next 4 to 8 hours, which is why it is booked after close or for a day you are shut. Lightly soiled carpet suits encapsulation, where the detergent dries to crystals holding the soil until the vacuum lifts it out, so customers can sit in the lounge after an hour or two. Grit and grease packed into a walkway are worked loose by machine before the rinse. Zoran recommends a method after inspecting the carpet.
Pre-spray suited to the soil goes on first, a degreaser where workshop grime has come through. The wand then injects hot water and pulls it back up with the loosened soil.
A cylinder brush machine works the encapsulation solution into the surface of the pile. As it dries it turns to fine crystals around the soil, which a vacuum pass collects.
Where traffic has pressed grit and grime into the carpet, our rotary scrubber works the pre-spray through it first. Hot water extraction then lifts out what the agitation has freed.

Dealer groups and manufacturer franchises usually add a contractor to their register before the first after-hours visit. Our documents go out with your quote, ready for your group's compliance team.
Your premises and fittings are protected on every job by public and products liability insurance, with $20M of cover. Goods in our keeping have separate cover of $250,000. Our team is insured under workers compensation. Certificates of currency go on your register whenever you ask.
Your offices hold vehicle keys, finance files and customer details. Everyone on our team who comes on site has a National Police Clearance. The work is never subcontracted.
We work under one general Safe Work Method Statement, written for all our jobs rather than any one site. It sets out how we manage hoses, power leads, damp carpet, chemistry and machinery. Your service manager can have a copy on request.
Your service manager can read the safety data sheet for any of our products on the night, from the folder in our van.
Workshops have their own safety rules around hoists and vehicle movements. We follow your site's rules, sign in where required and keep our hoses and leads clear of the workshop floor.
Papers ready before we start
Name the documents your group needs. Certificates of currency, police clearances and our general Safe Work Method Statement reach your manager before we start.
The customer areas are empty when we start, after close or on a day you do not trade. Nobody waits in the lounge while the carpet dries.
Your sales or service manager arranges our access, keys included. We ring before each visit to confirm the time. Every key goes back to your manager the following working day.
Dealerships usually have room to park our van close to the building, so the truck-mounted unit can often clean from the yard. For upstairs offices we bring portable machines in the lift. No hose of ours goes near a lift or a stairwell.
Our leads and hoses stay out of the workshop, the vehicle bays and the path of any car on display.
Air movers dry any room you need back sooner. We walk each room before we go, then switch off, lock up and arm the alarm.
A tyre business in Perth asked us to clean the carpet in its offices and customer areas, around 680 square metres in all. Zoran measured and priced the floor. The work was done in one visit, on a Saturday.
Our rotary machine worked the waiting lounge, the offices and the carpet behind the service counter. The same business later asked us back to quote its carpet again.

Service reception carries the most workshop grease of any room in a dealership, so its carpet is degreased first. Open a room below for the lounge and the sales and finance offices.

Customers wait here with a coffee while their car is serviced. The carpet around the coffee station and under the seating takes the spills, so it is spotted before the clean.
Fabric or vinyl lounge chairs can join the same visit.

Buyers sit at these desks while the paperwork is completed. Chair castors and foot traffic darken the carpet around each desk, which agitation lifts before the rinse.

The route from the workshop door to the counter takes grease and grime from every pair of boots. It is degreased and rinsed so the counter area matches the rest of the floor.
After close, our crew has your lounge and finance offices to itself. Here are our clients' Google reviews as they posted them, with every rating and the full list on our Google Business Profile.

Your written price follows one free visit to the rooms you want cleaned. We laser-measure the carpet, look at what has soiled it and check access for our machines. Six things decide the figure.
The square metres across every room you include, from one sales office to the whole customer side of the dealership.
Grease and grime near the service areas take degreasing and agitation time that a lightly used office does not.
Each of these needs its own spotter. We price for what we see on the visit.
After close on a weekday or across a whole closed day, the timing sets the method and the length of the job.
A van parked in the yard beside the lounge sets up quickly. Upstairs offices take longer with portable equipment.
Several small sales offices take longer per square metre than one open lounge.
If all you book is one finance office, you pay the $385 minimum with GST in it, whatever the method. That amount pays for our travel, set-up and the first room we clean. On a full dealership it sits inside the total, never on top. We inspect and quote for free. Once the price is in writing, only a change of scope can move it.

Your service advisors, sales staff and technicians cross this carpet all day. Five habits on their part slow the soiling down.
A long mat where staff come through from the workshop holds grease and Perth sand from their boots.
Technicians who walk through reception should keep to the same short path, on matting where possible, rather than crossing the lounge.
A washable mat beneath the lounge coffee station takes the drips that would otherwise soak into the carpet.
Vacuum the lounge, reception and sales office doorways every day with an upright that has a spinning brush, so grit never grinds into the pile.
A coffee or oil mark reported on the day is far easier to remove than one left for weeks.
Weighing up which method to book? Drying time and soil level set each method apart. Compare our methods

Yes. Most showroom floors are tiled. Our tile and grout service cleans them. Any carpet in the showroom's offices, lounges or display areas is cleaned along with the rest of the dealership.
No. We clean a room only when it is empty, so the lounge is done once the dealership has shut. That keeps customers off the damp carpet and lets it dry evenly.
We treat it with a degreasing agent before any water touches it, because water alone spreads oil through the fibre. Machine agitation then loosens it and hot water extraction carries it away.
Old grease that has been walked on for months can leave a faint shadow. We tell you at the inspection what we expect.
Often, yes. Grease from the workshop reaches that carpet first, so it often needs a visit or two on top of the annual clean we advise at minimum. How often we come is your call.
These set the right interval for your dealership.
Yes. Public holidays and Sundays are working days for us like any other. A day the dealership is closed gives the carpet all the time it needs to dry.
Yes. Tyre and auto centres are part of our commercial work, from the waiting lounge to service reception and the offices. Workshop floors are not carpet work.

Yes. Lounge chairs and office seating are cleaned on site and charged per piece, with vinyl and fabric both covered. Because they take several hours to dry, they are done during the same closed period as the carpet.
