Commercial Carpet Cleaning
The whole clubhouse, from the bar to the committee room, quoted in writing for the committee to approve.
Commercial carpet cleaning →
We rinse the sticky strip out of the bar front, treat the party spills in the function room and clear the boot grit from the clubroom carpet for Perth sporting, golf, bowling, yacht and community clubs. Each clean is booked around your fixtures, functions and room hire, once your club manager or a committee member has walked the rooms with us at no charge.

Members gather in the bar after a game, visiting teams come off the field into the clubrooms and wedding guests look over the function room before they book. Worn, stained carpet in those rooms is the first thing each of them notices.
New clubroom carpet is a capital cost the committee has to find in the budget. A thorough clean lifts the beer and food stains, brings the pattern's colours back and gives the carpet you already own more seasons of use.
Club carpet cleaning from us follows the IICRC S100 standard, carried out by our own staff and never a subcontractor. Each technician holds a National Police Clearance, which is what a committee needs to know before handing over keys to rooms used by junior members.
Your committee has our promise on every clean. If anything isn't right after your clean, tell us within 14 days and we'll come back and set it right, at no extra charge.
A committee can point to a published standard. Ours is the IICRC S100 for professional carpet cleaning, which sets the order of the work, with the dry soil vacuumed out first and the pre-spray given its dwell time before the rinse and extraction. Club floors also meet AS/NZS 3733:2018, the standard Australia and New Zealand share for maintaining carpet. Any committee member can confirm us through a Perth search of the IICRC Global Locator. The certificate is displayed on our About page.
Clubrooms are often carpeted in a busy pattern because it hides spills and wear. It also hides how much soil and dried beer has built up in the pile. We clean to the base of the fibre, so the colours come back and the carpet stops feeling tacky underfoot.
Zoran inspects the clubrooms with whoever runs them and measures each room. The committee approves a price written by the person who will also see the job through.
Clubrooms measured free for the committee
Bar, function room, dining room and committee room are each measured on one visit with your manager. The committee then receives a single written price and the club pays nothing for the visit.

The season sets a club's calendar, from the fixture list to the function bookings and the off-season break. We price each club for its committee and book the clean into the gaps that calendar leaves.
Football, cricket, hockey and soccer clubs bring players straight off the oval into the clubrooms. Grit and grass from boots collect at each entrance and the bar. We clean in the off-season or on any day free of fixtures, whichever your committee prefers.
A golf club's dining room, bar and pro shop entry take grass clippings and grit from the course on members' shoes. We clean those rooms on the days your club manager sets, with the function rooms booked around events.
Members and social bowlers carry fine grit off the greens and through the clubhouse. Its carpet is cleaned on a day with no pennants or social bowls booked.
Community and social clubs hire their rooms out for parties, meetings and classes, so the carpet carries the wear of every hirer. We clean between bookings, quoted to the committee and invoiced in the club's name.
Yacht club members come in from the water with salt on their shoes and gear. Salt left in carpet draws moisture and leaves white tide marks. We rinse it out and dry the carpet on a day without racing.
Book the clubrooms for the break
The weeks between seasons are when sporting clubrooms sit quietest. Ask now and we will set a date that suits the committee.
Spilt drinks, bistro food and grit off the playing field each leave their own marks on clubroom carpet. Every mark is matched to a spotter before the general clean. Our inspection gives the committee an honest forecast on the marks likely to stay.
Malt sugars and yeast from spilt beer dry sticky in the pile, darken with soil and give the bar its stale smell. That residue is broken down and rinsed out to the backing, which takes the smell with it.
Presentation nights and wedding receptions bring red wine, cake and finger food onto the carpet. Wine gets a tannin spotter, while greasy food gets a solvent spotter before any water touches it. Treated soon after the event, most of it lifts.
Players and golfers carry grass and grit in on their boots. Grass leaves a green plant pigment that a solvent spotter breaks down. Grit is vacuumed out first, then the traffic areas are agitated and rinsed.
Salt water dries into crystals that draw moisture back from the air, so the carpet stays damp and shows white tide marks. Rinsing with fresh water dissolves the salt and carries it out of the pile.
Cooking oil from the bistro kitchen is carried out on shoes and settles in the walkway to the bar. We scrub a degreaser into that walkway by machine, then rinse the loosened oil out.
Phone the same day
Get the bar staff to soak up the spill with paper towel, then dab it with cold water, never hot. Skip bleach and household sprays, which can lift the dye or leave residue behind. The sooner we treat a spill, the less time it has to set.

Match days, trophy nights and room hire decide how long the clubrooms can stay closed. What sets the method is the soil in the carpet. Carpet steam cleaning, which the trade calls hot water extraction, washes beer, food and boot soil out of the pile. Drying time then runs from 4 to 8 hours, with ventilation, the fibre and the soil setting the exact figure, so this clean goes on a day the rooms are free. Lightly soiled carpet suits encapsulation instead. Its detergent crystallises around the soil and is removed by vacuum, so a committee room can host a meeting again in an hour or two. Grit packed down at the doors and along the bar front gets machine agitation before its rinse. The committee gets our method recommendation once we have seen the clubrooms.
Oily soil and dried drink residue are loosened by the pre-spray before the wand rinses the fibre with hot water and recovers it in the same stroke, soil and all.
A crystallising detergent is worked into the top of the fibre by our rotary machine. It surrounds the soil near the tips while it dries. A thorough vacuum then removes both.
Boot grit and spilt drinks pack together at the entries and the bar front. A cylinder or rotary scrubber breaks that layer up with the pre-spray, then the hot water rinse carries it away.

Before the committee approves a contractor, the club manager or secretary will want its papers on file. Ours are sent with your written price.
Whenever we work in your clubrooms, our public and products liability policy covers the club for up to $20M. Trophies, furniture and other club property in our care carry cover up to $250,000. Everyone we send is covered by our workers compensation insurance. Certificates of currency go to the committee whenever it asks.
Each technician on your job holds a National Police Clearance and works for us directly, never as a subcontractor.
Junior teams use many clubrooms, so a Working with Children Check can be provided for every technician we send where your club requires one.
A single, general Safe Work Method Statement deals with everything we do, from hoses run in through the clubroom door to wet floors, machinery, products and the leads we plug in. It travels with your quote.
Bar managers and committee members can read any of our safety data sheets on the day, because they stay in the van.
Your club's rules for contractors apply to us, from signing in to which doors stay locked. If you run an induction, we complete it before any carpet is touched.
Our papers travel with the quote
Say which documents your committee keeps on file. Certificates, clearances and our safety statement arrive together with the quote.
We only clean while the clubrooms are closed and nothing is booked, whether a fixture, a function or a room hire. Each room being cleaned stays shut until its carpet can take foot traffic again.
The manager or the committee member who holds the keys arranges them and the alarm code with us. A courtesy call comes from us ahead of every visit. Keys are handed back to the club manager on the following working day.
For ground floor rooms, our truck-mounted unit is parked outside the clubhouse and we feed its hose in through the door. A function room upstairs is cleaned with portable machines that we take up by lift. Hoses never go through a lift or up the stairs.
If a function room is booked that evening, air movers shorten its drying time.
Bar stools and chairs return to their places. Then we turn the lights out, lock the clubrooms and arm the alarm.
A Perth cricket club has had us clean its carpet on three separate bookings. Each clean was invoiced to the club on its own.
Because every clean is a separate booking, the club chooses each time whether the carpet needs us. Every invoice covers one visit.
A cricket club in Perth
Three cleans, each booked separately
Carpet cleaning at the club's own premises
One invoice for each clean, in the club's name
One room first, if you prefer
Pick one room for a first clean and we price it in writing. Whether we return and how often is for your committee to decide.

The bar front takes the spilt beer and soft drink of every match day, so its sticky strip is spotted first and given the longest rinse. Use the tabs for the function room, the dining room and the committee rooms too.

Trophy nights, weddings and wakes leave drink spills, food and furniture marks across the floor. We clean once the room is cleared after the event, with the drying time set before the next booking.

Most of the spilt drinks in a clubhouse land along the bar, so that strip turns sticky first. It gets extra spotting and a thorough rinse to clear the sugar and malt.

Members' dining collects crumbs and sauce under the tables, while the path from the bistro kitchen picks up grease. We move the tables and chairs so no part of the floor is missed.

Committee meetings bring less foot traffic but plenty of spilt coffee and tea. Add these rooms to the visit that cleans the bar and the function room.

Your treasurer gets one written figure to put before the committee, covering every room on your list. It comes from a free walk-through of the clubrooms, where we laser-measure each room and check the soil and the access. Six things shape it.
The committee can approve every room at once or begin with the bar, because we measure each room separately.
A bar front packed with grit and dried drink residue needs more work than a committee room used for meetings.
Wine and food spilt at functions take extra spotting time. A stale bar smell needs the residue in the backing treated, which the quote allows for.
A clubhouse closed for a whole day leaves every method open. Squeezed between a match and a function, the clean may need another method, named in the quote.
Parking near the clubhouse door lets our truck-mounted unit do the work from outside. An upstairs function room means portable machines and a trip in the lift, which adds set-up time.
A members' lounge carpeted in wool needs a cooler clean with WoolSafe-approved products, which takes longer than nylon.
Cleaning just the committee room costs the club our minimum charge and nothing more, which comes to $385, GST included. Our trip out, the set-up and the first block of cleaning time are all inside that sum. When the committee books the whole clubhouse, the $385 is part of that one price, not a charge the treasurer sees on top. The inspection and the quote are free to the club. The written figure only moves if the committee changes the rooms on the job.

Clubs run on volunteers, so these five habits are kept simple enough for anyone on the roster.
A boot scraper outside and deep matting inside the door hold back what players bring in off the ground.
After each function, vacuum with a beater brush, which lifts crumbs and grit before the next event treads them in.
A white cloth and cold water, used straight away, stop a spill becoming a stain. Let the club manager know about it the same night.
Asking players to change out of boots before they come into the bar keeps grass and grit off the carpet.
Sailors and players leave wet gear on a rack or a hard floor at the door rather than on the carpet, which keeps salt and damp out of the pile.
Function coming up on short notice? Before a presentation night or a wedding, the function room alone can be cleaned on a day the club chooses. Read about the three methods
Bar stools, members' lounges, rugs and tiled areas can be cleaned on the day we do the carpet, each with its own price.

A busy bar or function room usually needs extra cleans on top of the yearly one, which for a quiet clubhouse is the least we recommend. Your club's calendar sets the number.
The decision always rests with your committee.
Yes. Give us the meeting date when you enquire. We inspect before then and send the written quote to whoever puts the agenda together.
Only if the soil is light enough for encapsulation, because a room cleaned that way is back in use soon after we finish. A hot water extraction clean belongs on a day when the room is not needed, so it can dry fully.
Usually, yes. The smell comes from beer that has soaked into the carpet backing over time, where yeast and sugars break down. We treat the residue where it sits and rinse it out, rather than masking it with fragrance.
If the smell is rising from under the floor or from a drain, carpet cleaning alone cannot solve it. You will hear that from us at the inspection.
Yes. Sundays, public holidays and any other day the clubrooms are closed all suit us.
Yes, in vinyl or fabric, cleaned at the club and priced per piece. The $385 minimum applies to upholstery just as it does to carpet. Seats are dry 3 to 8 hours later, with the fabric, the method and the conditions setting the time.
Yes. Wool in a members' lounge is cleaned at a lower temperature with WoolSafe-approved products, because alkaline chemistry can cause cellulosic browning, a permanent brown discolouration. Zoran, who owns the business, is a WoolSafe Approved Fibre Care Specialist. Hot water extraction done with that care is the best clean for wool.
Each club's price comes from a free inspection of its rooms, the soil in them and how we get in. Beyond the $385 minimum, every square metre is priced at our rate. The written quote gives one figure, GST included, for the rooms you choose.
Sporting grounds in the northern suburbs, bowling and golf clubs inland and yacht clubs on the river and the coast all sit within our area. From the northern ovals at Joondalup to the yacht clubs around Fremantle and the clubs out at Midland, we cover the metro area. Find the suburb nearest your clubhouse below.
Include the club's name and address, the rooms you want cleaned and the days the clubrooms are closed. Zoran sets up the inspection with the club manager or the secretary, then sends a written quote. Questions before you send it? Ring 0460 815 038.
A closed day on the club calendar is all we need, along with the rooms you have in mind. Once they are cleaned and drying, we lock up, so the clubrooms are ready for the next game, meeting or function. Book with the quote form above or phone 0460 815 038.
