No, you don't need to be there. Cleaning an empty building in the evening or at the weekend is a normal part of our work. When we quote, we agree how we get in and out: keys or swipe cards, alarm codes, any after-hours rules your building has, and who to call if a door won't lock or the alarm won't set.
Before we leave, we put the chairs and bins back where they were, switch off the lights, lock up the way your building requires and set the alarm. We hold a National Police Clearance, and we're happy to send a copy with your quote. If you'd rather have someone from your team on site while we work, that's fine too.
