Commercial Carpet Cleaning
Receptions, offices, lounges and carpeted studios, cleaned in closed zones around your class timetable.
Commercial carpet cleaning →
Gyms, fitness centres, yoga and pilates studios and swim schools get the sweat, body oil, chalk and spilt shakes rinsed out of the carpet members cross at reception, in the lounge and on studio floors. We work in closed, signed zones of a 24-hour gym or once the final class has finished at a studio that shuts, with the price agreed beforehand at a free inspection.

Members swipe in at the front desk, wait in the lounge and stretch on the studio floor, all of it on carpet. Those carpeted areas are what a new member sees first.
On top of ordinary grit, gym carpet soaks up sweat, skin oil, sugary drinks and chalk. That mix darkens the walkways and holds a stale smell that members pick up on before staff do.
Our gym carpet cleaning rinses that residue out to the IICRC S100 standard. The technicians working near your members, or alone in the gym overnight, are police-cleared staff on our own payroll, never subcontractors.
Every clean carries our guarantee. If anything isn't right after your clean, tell us within 14 days and we'll come back and set it right, at no extra charge.
A professional clean under the IICRC S100 standard starts with vacuuming out the dry soil, gives the pre-spray time to work and finishes with an extraction that leaves no detergent behind. AS/NZS 3733:2018, the Australian standard, sits beside it in our work. Our firm shows on the IICRC Global Locator for a Perth search.
A stale gym smell comes from sweat salts and body oil trapped in the pile and the backing, where bacteria feed on them. Our pre-spray breaks that residue down, then extraction flushes it out of the backing. Nothing is covered up with fragrance.
Zoran tours the carpeted areas with your manager, measures them and prices the work. If the result raises a question, you speak to the person who quoted it.
Free inspection when the gym is quiet
We come at a slow hour and look at every carpeted area with you. A written price reaches you afterwards. The inspection costs your gym nothing.

Training floors are mostly rubber, timber or vinyl. Carpet covers the spots where members arrive, wait, talk and stretch, which makes it some of the hardest-working floor you have. We clean it to suit the business you run.
A 24-hour gym never closes, so its reception and lounge carpet carries traffic at all hours. Closed, signed zones let us clean it while members train in the rest of the gym.
Centres with group classes, a creche and offices have carpet in several rooms. Each room is priced separately, so you choose what gets cleaned and when.
Barefoot classes spread skin oil evenly across studio carpet. A pre-spray made for oily soil loosens it, then the rinse carries the oil and the product out of the pile.
Parents watch lessons from carpeted viewing areas while wet feet, towels and swim bags cross the floor. That water draws soil to the surface as it dries, leaving brown marks. We clean the viewing area on a day without lessons.
Every site priced separately
We inspect each gym or studio in your group and send each its own written price, so every manager signs off their own site.
Each mark on gym carpet traces back to a workout or a drink. We find the cause, treat it with the chemistry it needs, then clean the whole area. At the inspection Zoran gives you an honest view of each mark.
Sweat dries into salts while skin oil coats the fibre and holds dry soil, so stretch areas and lounges darken first. An alkaline pre-spray emulsifies the oil. The rinse then carries it off with the salts that feed the smell.
Sports and pre-workout drinks carry sugar and strong artificial dye, while shakes carry milk protein. We treat the protein cool with an enzyme spotter and the dye with a dedicated dye remover. A bright dye left for weeks may not fully clear.
Lifting chalk is magnesium carbonate, a fine white powder that turns to paste the moment it gets wet. Dry vacuuming comes first, then the clean, so it never smears through the pile.
Rubber soles, equipment feet and crumbs from rubber flooring leave black marks near the weights area. Rubber responds to a dry solvent spotter, applied before the rinse.
Water dripping from swimmers and towels soaks down, then dries from the top. Soil travels up with it and leaves brown rings, a mark the trade calls wicking. We rinse the soil out and speed the drying, so the ring does not return.
Act before the shake dries
Blot from the outside of the spill towards the middle, using cold water and a plain towel. Hot water sets the milk protein. Household sprays leave sticky residue behind. Keep both well away.

Sweat and body oil sit deep in the pile while light soil stays near the top, so what is in your carpet picks the method and your opening hours set when it happens. Hot water extraction, the trade term for carpet steam cleaning, flushes oily, sweat-loaded soil from the base of the pile. A zone cleaned this way stays closed while it dries, 4 to 8 hours depending on fibre, soil load and airflow. Light soil suits encapsulation. Its crystallising detergent traps that soil for our vacuum to collect, reopening the zone in an hour or two once we finish. Where grit is stamped hard into the pile, a scrubbing machine breaks it up ahead of the rinse. Zoran recommends the method after looking at what is in your reception and lounge.
Body oil gives way to our pre-spray first. Hot water from the wand follows, recovered in the same pass with the dissolved soil and sweat salts.
With light soil, the scrubbing machine only needs to reach the upper fibres. The detergent it leaves there dries brittle around the soil and is vacuumed away.
Every arrival stamps grit from outside into the carpet. A scrubbing machine drives our pre-spray down to it, then hot water extraction flushes it away.

A 24-hour gym hands us a fob that opens the building at any hour, so head office wants our documents first. Everything below can reach your manager with the quote.
Members, staff and your premises are protected while we work, with our public and products liability insurance set at $20M. Gym property in our care has $250,000 of cover. Workers compensation insurance protects each technician. The certificates of currency are sent whenever your head office asks.
Your head office can file a National Police Clearance for each of our technicians. We never pass a job to a subcontractor, so those clearances belong to the people who turn up.
Swim schools, creches and kids' classes commonly need this one. Where your rules call for a Working with Children Check, our technicians can provide it.
Our general Safe Work Method Statement lists the hazards of our work. Hoses, leads, wet carpet, products and machines are each addressed. Request it and it comes with your quote.
Safety data sheets are kept in our van, one for each product used on your gym carpet.
Contractor inductions and onboarding forms are completed before we start any gym work. Your site rules apply to us from then on.
Attach it to your enquiry
Include the form or a list of what your file needs. It comes back completed alongside our written price.
Some gyms lock up at night and some never close. Members never cross wet carpet either way, because the zone we are cleaning is shut off with signs and barriers until it dries. In a 24-hour gym, training carries on in every other zone.
Your manager agrees the zones and their order with us beforehand. A 24-hour gym keeps trading around the zone we are in. A gym that closes is cleaned after its last class.
Your manager provides the access fob, keys and alarm code. Before every visit we ring with a courtesy reminder. We lock the gym when we leave and hand back the keys on the working day after.
When the van parks near enough for its hose to reach your carpet, the truck-mounted unit does the heavy work from outside. An upstairs studio gets our portable machines, which ride up in the lift with us. No hose of ours runs up a stairwell or through a lift.
Please lift yoga mats, blocks and bolsters off studio carpet ahead of our visit. Lounge chairs and tables we move ourselves and put back. If a zone must reopen sooner, air movers speed its drying.
A Perth martial arts studio asked us to inspect its carpet, about 220 square metres in good condition. Our quote said most marks would come out and some might be permanent, with extra attention promised for stain removal.
The studio went on to book three cleans. Two were small enough to fall within our $385 minimum charge, which covered the whole job each time. The third took in all the office carpet and treated water staining in the same clean.

A single studio room or the reception can be priced by itself. You decide how often we return.

Reception carpet sets the first impression for every member and every tour, which is why it comes first on our list. Open an area below to see what each one gets.

Members cross reception on the way in and again on the way out, so the strip between the entry and the desk soils fastest. It gets more spotting and machine agitation than any other area.
Water bottles, shakes and coffee tend to spill at the counter. We treat those marks before the main clean.

Offices, consult rooms and staff areas carry lighter soil than the member areas and fit into the same booking.
Desks and chairs are shifted for the clean, then returned to their places.

Lounges collect spilt drinks, food crumbs and the sweat members bring off the training floor. Chairs and tables come out of the way while the carpet is cleaned.
Vinyl and fabric lounge furniture is an easy addition to that visit.

Studio carpet is worked barefoot, so skin oil spreads across the whole floor rather than along one path. The full room gets the pre-spray, not just the dark patches.
The rinse leaves nothing in the pile that could transfer to skin or mats.

Viewing carpet takes drips from swimmers, towels and kit bags. Water left to sit pulls soil upward while it dries.
We extract that soil with plenty of rinse water and recover as much moisture as we can, so the carpet dries evenly.

Zoran is a master at his profession. 2nd to none. I rang a few others before contacting CCCP and all of them wanted well in excess of $500 to do the job. Zoran gave me a quote which I found to be very reasonable and so I booked him in. He knew everything about stain removal and answered every questions I had. The job was completed in a timely manner and he even worked along side another contractor that was there for another job. I am 100% satisfied with the work from Zoran. Highly recommended.

The gym manager or owner joins us for a free inspection. A laser measure gives each carpeted area, then we check soil, marks and access. Your figure comes from six things.
Reception, offices, lounges, studios and viewing areas each get a measured price. Book every one or start with the busiest.
Carpet loaded with sweat and oil needs more pre-spray and rinse time than a lightly used office.
Dye, protein, chalk and rubber each take spotting time. We price that time from the marks seen at the inspection.
A gym that shuts overnight can be done in one visit. A 24-hour gym is cleaned in closed zones, often over more than one visit.
A ground level gym near parking suits the truck-mounted unit. An upstairs studio means carrying portable equipment up, which adds set-up time.
Most gym carpet is synthetic. Wool in a boutique studio needs lower heat and WoolSafe-approved products. That care adds time.
Every gym, studio or centre starts at the same figure, $385 including GST. That minimum charge pays for our travel to the gym, our set-up and the start of the cleaning, so a small studio pays exactly $385. On a larger gym the $385 is absorbed into the total, never billed on top. You pay nothing to have the gym inspected and quoted. Your written figure holds unless the job changes.

Your staff protect each professional clean every day. These five habits help most.
Walk-off mats at the street entry and the pool door stop the sand, grit and water that would otherwise go straight into the carpet.
A beater-bar vacuum over the reception and lounge carpet each day lifts grit before feet grind it in.
Ask members to carry drinks and shakes in bottles with lids. Most of the dye and sugar stains we treat start as an open cup.
Keep chalk bowls on the lifting platform and ask members to clap off their hands there, away from carpet.
A spill reported at once can be blotted before it sets. Keep a stack of white towels behind the desk for it.
Only one studio needs it? A single studio or the front desk area can have its own visit. The drying times above help you choose. Compare drying times
Ask for vinyl benches, entry rugs or change room tiles when you book the carpet. Each has a separate price on your quote.

Book a clean every year at the very least. The busiest carpet in most gyms needs it more often than that.
These set the interval for your gym.
The schedule is yours to set. We advise honestly.
Yes, if the smell is coming from the carpet. Bacteria feed on the residue that training leaves in it. Our pre-spray loosens that residue and the extraction carries it out.
If the smell is from change rooms, drains or the air conditioning, a carpet clean will not cure it. We will say so if we find that.
Yes. Only the zone we are working in closes, behind signs and barriers. Members keep training in every other part of the gym. Each zone opens again once its carpet is dry.
Yes. We choose each product to suit your carpet's fibre and its soil, then recover it with the extraction rinse. Classes return to the floor once it has dried.
Yes. Swimmers, towels and bags bring water onto viewing area carpet. The soil it carries shows as brown marks once dry. We book the clean for a lesson-free day and recover as much water as possible, so the floor is dry and even before families return.
Yes. Padded vinyl benches and fabric reception lounges are cleaned where they sit and priced as individual pieces. The $385 minimum covers carpet and upholstery alike.
Unless it is worn through, try a clean first. A dark path across the reception is soil in most cases. Machine agitation followed by hot water extraction takes it out.
Pile that is crushed flat, frayed at the edges or worn down to the backing will not come back with cleaning. We point that out at the inspection, so you can plan new carpet.
Yes. We work at any hour on any day, so the clean fits the hours your gym is quietest. Night cleans suit gyms that close. Weekend cleans suit studios without classes that day.
