Commercial Carpet Cleaning
Foyers, corridors, candy bars and screens cleaned on the nights your timetable allows.
Commercial carpet cleaning →
Popcorn oil, spilt soft drink and trodden-in gum come out of the foyers, candy bars and aisle steps of multiplex and independent cinemas, theatres, concert halls and auditoriums. Zoran inspects your venue free of charge and puts the price in writing, then we clean when the final session ends or in screens your manager takes off the timetable.

Every patron crosses your foyer, stands in the candy bar queue and climbs an aisle to their row before the trailers start.
Popcorn oil and dried soft drink turn that route sticky and dark. The sugar also holds grit against the fibre, which wears the pile on the steps sooner.
Our cinema carpet cleaning follows the IICRC S100 standard from the pre-vacuum to the final extraction. The technicians alone in your venue after the last session are police-cleared people we employ. We never send a subcontractor.
We back every screen we clean. If anything isn't right after your clean, tell us within 14 days and we'll come back and set it right, at no extra charge.
In every screen we work to IICRC S100. That standard runs from the pre-vacuum, through the dwell time of a pre-spray, to the rinse and extraction. AS/NZS 3733:2018 for carpet maintenance is met as well. The IICRC Global Locator shows our firm to any cinema group that searches Perth.
Cleaning begins once the last patrons leave. A screen your manager closes for the night can be done earlier. Each screen reopens when its carpet is dry, so no session sells seats over damp carpet.
The owner tours every screen with your duty manager, takes laser measurements and sets the written price. Questions after the clean go to that same person.
Every screen walked and measured
A quiet hour between sessions is enough for us to measure the foyer, candy bar and screens with your manager. You receive a written price with no charge and no obligation.

An audience that eats and drinks in its seats leaves the mess where a nightly vacuum rarely reaches, under the seat rows and down the tiers. Each kind of venue below is cleaned around its own timetable.
A multiplex staggers its sessions across many screens, so the foyer and corridors carry patrons from the first session to the last. We clean the screens in a closed rotation and the foyer after the final session has emptied.
Boutique and independent cinemas often choose deep-coloured carpet, where a bleach spot or a pale spill mark stands out clearly. We match each spotter to the dye and clean on the nights you pick.
At interval a theatre sends its whole house to the bar and back, drinks in hand. We clean between seasons or on dark nights with no performance.
Patrons climb tiered aisles and cross a wide foyer at every concert. We clean when the hall has no rehearsal or performance booked.
A school, university or corporate auditorium often stands unused between events, which gives hot water extraction its whole drying window.
A full clean between seasons
No shows booked means the foyer, the bars and every aisle can go into one booking, each with its full time to dry.
Most cinema stains begin as something sold at the candy bar. We match each stain to a spotter by its chemistry, then clean the whole floor. When Zoran inspects, you hear honestly which marks should come out, which may only fade and which may be permanent.
The butter-flavoured topping on popcorn is an oil. It coats the pile and binds dry soil to it, so the walkway by the candy bar darkens first. A degreasing pre-spray emulsifies the oil before the rinse carries it out.
Dried sugar leaves the fibre tacky, so it grips every grain of soil walked onto it. Slushies add strong red and blue food dyes that bond with nylon. Hot water dissolves the sugar, while the dye takes a specialist remover and may not clear completely.
Gum pressed into the pile hardens as it cools. We soften it with a gum remover and work it free without tearing the tufts. The spot is then rinsed with the rest of the carpet.
Milk protein in ice cream needs an enzyme spotter used cool, because heat sets protein in the fibre. The fat and sugar of the chocolate coating follow in the rinse.
Red wine from the theatre bar carries tannin and red pigment. We treat the tannin first, then use a red stain remover on any colour left.
Ring before the sugar sets hard
Have an usher pick up the popcorn and ice, then blot the drink with plain white kitchen towel until it comes up dry. Keep supermarket sprays off the carpet, because the film they leave pulls in fresh soil.

Your session timetable sets our hours, while the soil in the pile decides the method. Hot water extraction, the process people know as carpet steam cleaning, flushes popcorn oil, sugar and mixed spills right out of the pile. A screen cleaned this way stays off the timetable until it dries, usually 4 to 8 hours. How long within that range depends on the fibre, the depth of soil and the air moving through the screen. Encapsulation suits light soil near the surface, because its detergent dries into crystals that hold that soil for the vacuum, which leaves a screen walkable in about an hour or two. Sugar and grit packed down hard get machine or hand agitation first, then the rinse. Once Zoran has inspected your carpet, you get a recommendation for the method.
Popcorn oil and sugar get a pre-spray matched to them, left to dwell on the pile. The wand then flushes hot water through the fibre and recovers it at once, with the dissolved residue in it.
Our scrubber brushes encapsulation chemistry down into the upper tufts. Drying turns it brittle around the soil, then a vacuum pass lifts out crystals and soil together.
Each audience treads grit and spilt sugar down to where the tufts meet the backing. Scrubbing the pre-spray in by machine, or by hand on the steps, frees that layer so hot water extraction can carry it away.

Head office can approve us while you settle on the screens and nights, because our documents arrive with the written price.
Your seats, screens and fittings are covered by $20M worth of public and products liability insurance during every visit. Any of your property in our care is covered to $250,000. Our technicians carry workers compensation insurance. Certificates of currency are yours whenever head office asks.
After the last session our technicians have your venue to themselves, so every one of them holds a National Police Clearance. Nobody is subcontracted, so every clearance on your file belongs to a technician on the crew.
Machines, chemistry, wet carpet and the hoses and leads we run through your venue are dealt with in our general Safe Work Method Statement, a single document for all our work. Your venue manager can have it with the quote.
Each cleaning product's safety data sheet is carried with our machines, so your duty manager can check it on the night.
Night contractors in many cinema groups and theatres sit an induction first. Our team completes yours ahead of our first night in the venue and keeps to your rules on access, alarms and keys.
Include it with your request
Send the forms your head office uses. We fill them in and return them alongside the written price.
Sessions run from late morning to late at night, so we work to the screens and hours your manager sets. A screen being cleaned stays closed and signed until its carpet is dry.
Your manager chooses the screens and the nights. The screen we are in is closed with signs, while the others keep their sessions.
Before each visit we ring your manager to confirm the screens and the start time. When you give us keys and the alarm code, we lock the building and arm the alarm as we leave. Keys you lend us come back to your manager on the next working day.
The truck-mounted unit stays in our van at the loading dock for any screen within range of its hose. For a screen on a higher floor, our crew brings portable machines in the lift. Lifts and stairwells never carry our hoses.
We work under the house lights or our own work lights. Air movers go into any screen that must reopen sooner. Before we leave, we walk each row and step to check the finish.
Zoran measured about 520 square metres across a Perth cinema's carpeted floors and found stains common throughout. The fibre and the age of the carpet made it worth cleaning rather than replacing.
We spread the work over several days so it fitted around the cinema's operating hours. Every area was thoroughly agitated before it was steam cleaned, with truck-mounted and portable hot water extraction both used on the one job.
About 520 m² across the cinema
Stained throughout, still worth cleaning
Agitation, then hot water extraction
Truck-mounted and portable units together
Price your screens and candy bar
Every screen and the foyer go into one written quote, priced from our measurements. You pick which screens go first and on which nights.

From the grit at the street doors to the drinks spilt under the recliners, patrons soil a cinema unevenly. Open a tab for the area you need.

Every ticket holder crosses the foyer twice, so the heaviest soil sits just inside the doors and in front of the ticket desk. Those strips get extra agitation before the rinse.
Door mats are lifted, the carpet beneath them cleaned and the mats set back.

Carpet in front of the candy bar takes dropped popcorn, spilt soft drink and melted ice cream every session. The oil and sugar there get a degreasing pre-spray and extra rinse time.
Marks along the counter edge are spotted by hand before the main clean.

Stepped aisles and tiers are cleaned with stair tools and a hand wand that reach each tread and the carpet beneath the seat rows.
The nosing of each step takes the most soil and wear, so every nosing is pre-sprayed and agitated before the wand passes over it.

Premium lounges with recliners and food served at the seat collect grease, sauces and wine between the chairs. We spot each mark, then clean the lounge carpet as a whole.
Fabric recliners can be added to that night's work, each seat priced on its own.
Handing a contractor your keys for the night is a real decision, so here are our Google reviews, exactly as their authors posted them. The star ratings and the full list sit on our Google Business Profile.
★★★★★
Zoran is a master at his profession. 2nd to none. I rang a few others before contacting CCCP and all of them wanted well in excess of $500 to do the job. Zoran gave me a quote which I found to be very reasonable and so I booked him in. He knew everything about stain removal and answered every questions I had. The job was completed in a timely manner and he even worked along side another contractor that was there for another job. I am 100% satisfied with the work from Zoran. Highly recommended.

Zoran does a fantastic job, very reliable and reasonably priced, highly recommend
Head office wants a firm number to approve, so every screen is laser-measured before we price it. That happens on a free visit with your venue manager, where we also judge the soil load and work out how our equipment gets in. Six things then decide the figure.
We measure each area separately, so the whole venue or just a few screens can go on one booking.
Sugar and popcorn oil in the pile call for extra pre-spray and agitation.
Each piece of gum and every dye mark is treated by hand. We allow for that time in the quote.
Hand tools reach each tread and nosing on a stepped aisle, slower work than a flat foyer.
A whole day off the timetable lets us finish a screen in one visit. The hours between the last session and the next day's first may need more than one.
Ground-floor screens near the loading dock suit the truck-mounted unit. Upstairs screens take portable machines and more set-up time.
Book one small screen or the VIP lounge alone and you pay only the minimum, $385 with GST. That sum covers our time on the road, unloading the machines and the start of the cleaning itself, whichever method we use. On a full complex the $385 is counted inside the overall figure and never added to it. Inspecting your venue and writing the quote cost you nothing. Once written, the figure moves only if the scope of work does.

Ushers and candy bar staff decide how fresh the carpet looks until we return. Five habits matter most.
Collecting popcorn, cups and wrappers at the end of each session keeps the next audience from grinding them into the carpet.
Every night, an upright vacuum over the foyer and aisles lifts the loose grit that would otherwise be ground into the pile.
A jug of cold water and white towels behind the candy bar mean a spill gets blotted before the sugar dries.
Scraping gum tears the tufts. Ask staff to mark it so we can take it out on the next visit.
Each street door needs a mat several strides long, so grit drops there instead of on the foyer carpet.
Premiere or event coming up? Book the foyer or a single screen on its own in the days before, with a method chosen to dry in time. How each method dries

Usually, yes. Once every twelve months is our minimum advice for a cinema, with a busy multiplex foyer and candy bar needing more.
These decide how much more often.
You choose when we come. At the inspection we give you our view.
No. We work after the last session finishes or on days you take screens off the timetable. The others keep running and each cleaned screen goes back on sale when dry.
Yes. Dried sugar from soft drinks, slushies and ice cream causes the stickiness, along with the soil stuck in it. Hot water dissolves sugar, so hot water extraction rinses it out with that soil. Agitation first loosens anything packed down.
Yes. Fabric seats and recliners are cleaned in place, each one priced individually, with the minimum charge that applies to carpet. The screen stays closed while the seats dry, which takes 3 to 8 hours.
Yes. Each step gets hand tools sized for treads, worked from the nosing back to the riser. A narrow wand reaches the carpet under the seat rows.
Not with the right chemistry. The fibre is identified on our inspection visit. Solution-dyed nylon holds its colour through stronger treatments, while carpet dyed after manufacture needs gentler spotters. Where there is genuine doubt about a dye, we check a hidden spot first.
Yes. The crew can start the moment the final session ends and the last patron has left, on any night. We work 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
Rubbish and lost property should come out of each screen, with the house lights left on. We move anything else ourselves.
Yes. Every person we send for night work in your venue holds a National Police Clearance. They are our own employees and never subcontractors, so every name on your contractor file belongs to someone in the crew.
Yes. No time suits a theatre better, because with no audience due the carpet in every area can dry completely before the next house arrives.
Our crews travel to screens and stages in every metropolitan suburb, Fremantle, Midland and Joondalup included. Local detail sits on the suburb pages linked below.
