Commercial Carpet Cleaning
Aisles, halls, foyers and church offices cleaned in one booking, at the hours your church sets.
Commercial carpet cleaning →
The next service, wedding or funeral starts on clean, dry carpet once we have been through the aisles, prayer halls and foyers of your church, chapel, cathedral, hall, funeral chapel, mosque or temple. The work goes on a day your calendar leaves free, once your office or property committee has shown us through the building on a free inspection visit.

The aisle, the sanctuary step and the foyer are what guests see first at a wedding, a funeral or the weekly service.
Replacing carpet across a nave, a hall and a foyer is one of the largest costs a property committee ever approves. A thorough clean at sensible intervals keeps that bill further off.
Our church carpet cleaning works to the IICRC S100 standard. The people your wardens hand the keys to are police-cleared technicians we employ, never subcontractors, so your safeguarding officer knows exactly who is in the building.
That standard comes with a promise. If anything isn't right after your clean, tell us within 14 days and we'll come back and set it right, at no extra charge.
Your property committee may ask which standard a contractor follows. Ours is the IICRC S100, which sets each step from the dry vacuum that lifts loose soil to the dwell time a pre-spray needs before the rinse. Our cleans meet AS/NZS 3733:2018 too. You can see our certificate on the About page. A warden can type Perth into the IICRC Global Locator and see the firm listed.
We clean around the altar, the font, the lectern and anything sacred to your faith, moving only the furniture you agree to. In mosques, temples and gurdwaras we keep to the house rules for footwear and for the prayer hall.
Zoran meets your warden or office manager on site, measures every space and writes up the price. The same person takes your call about anything afterwards.
Inspection on a free weekday
Your office picks the day. We look over the worship space, the hall and the foyer with you, measure each one and follow with a written price. There is no cost to your congregation.

Sunday services, weekday funerals and the five daily prayers of a mosque all bring people across carpet. We fit the clean to the calendar of the building you look after.
Parish churches and modern auditorium churches carry most of their traffic down the aisles, across the front and through the foyer. We clean the whole floor, so the aisles finish the same colour as the carpet under the seats.
School, hospital and private chapels are often a single room used for prayer, weddings and memorials. A room that size is cleaned and dried inside one quiet day, with its doors kept closed until the carpet is ready.
Cathedral carpet runs through the sanctuary, the side chapels and long aisle runners, often wool laid in a heritage building. We clean wool cooler, with a low pH rinse that suits the fibre.
Halls host morning teas, playgroups, community groups and functions. Their carpet collects food, drink and the drag marks of tables and chairs. We clear the floor, clean it and leave the hall ready for its next booking.
A funeral director's chapel and arrangement rooms receive grieving families, so the carpet has to look right at every service. We clean on a day without a service, Saturdays included.
Worshippers pray barefoot, so prayer hall carpet takes skin oil across its whole width, darkest along the rows where people stand and kneel. A pre-spray matched to the fibre breaks that oily soil down before the rinse.
Hall carpet between hirers
When a function or a playgroup leaves marks on the hall carpet, we can clean it in the gap before the next hirer arrives, at hours your office sets.
Vigils, communion, flowers and shared meals all mark carpet differently. We match a spotter to the chemistry of each one and treat it before the main clean. At the inspection you get a straight view of what is likely to come out and what may already have set.
Candles at vigils, carols and memorials drip wax that hardens on the tips of the pile. We break off the excess, then draw the rest out with heat and absorbent towelling. A coloured candle leaves dye behind, which a solvent spotter treats before the rinse.
Red wine and grape juice carry red dye and tannin. Once dry, the dye bonds to the open dye sites in nylon and becomes far harder to shift. A tannin spotter goes on first, then a red dye remover wherever colour still shows.
Lilies in wedding and funeral flowers shed pollen that carries a strong dye. Rubbing or wetting it drives the colour into the fibre. We lift the dry pollen with a vacuum and adhesive tape first, then treat what remains with a solvent spotter.
Morning tea after the service brings tea and coffee with milk. Milk is a protein stain and tea a tannin stain. A cool enzyme spotter treats the protein first, because heat sets protein, then the tannin spotter clears the brown.
Shared meals leave oily food marks that need a degreasing spotter before any water touches them. Turmeric in curries is a strong natural dye. With treatment some turmeric stains come out, some fade and some stay.
Act on it while it is fresh
Scrape up anything solid, then press plain white towelling onto the liquid. Let wax harden, never rub pollen and keep bleach and supermarket sprays off the carpet. A fresh mark gives the best result.

Services and bookings in the church calendar decide the day we come. The carpet itself decides the method. Where soil is heavy and stains are many, carpet steam cleaning, properly called hot water extraction, flushes soil from the full depth of the pile. Fibre, soil and airflow then set a drying time of 4 to 8 hours. We book it for a day the building stands empty. Encapsulation is the choice for light soil. It works in the upper pile, so a space cleaned this way is often open again an hour or two later. Compacted soil is broken up by a scrubbing machine before any rinse. Zoran settles the choice once the carpet has been seen on site.
Church carpet that has gone a long time between cleans holds oily soil. Our pre-spray breaks it down first. The wand then rinses the pile while the machine's vacuum recovers the water, carrying out the loosened soil and spotting residue. It also suits carpet carrying many different stains.
A machine works the detergent through the carpet's surface, where light soil sits. As it dries it crystallises with the soil held inside. Vacuuming afterwards takes the crystals out.
Grit carried in on shoes settles at the doors and along the main aisle, where feet tread it deep into the pile. Our cylinder or rotary machine scrubs the pre-spray down into that layer, then hot water extraction flushes out what the scrub loosened.

Wardens and property committees usually ask for our documents before handing over a key. Ours can travel with the quote, so your council or committee sees everything at once.
The work in your building is covered to $20M by our public and products liability insurance. For church property in our care we carry $250,000 of cover. We hold workers compensation insurance for the whole team. Copies of the certificates of currency go to the church office for its records.
No one works in your building without a National Police Clearance. We pass no work to subcontractors, so the clearances you hold match the faces at your door.
If your safeguarding policy calls for it, the technicians on your job can provide a Working with Children Check. Mention it when you book.
Hoses, power cords, wet floors, chemicals and machinery fall under one general statement of ours. Your office receives a copy with the quote or on request.
Our van carries the safety data sheets on every job. A warden or your property officer is welcome to read them.
We complete your contractor induction and sign the visitor book, then keep to the sanctuary's rules on every visit.
Documents sent with your quote
Give us the list your committee works from. Certificates of currency, the Safe Work Method Statement and police clearances can go out with your quote, so approval and booking happen in one step.
Services, weddings, funerals and hall bookings fill a church diary, so we clean on the day and at the hours your office gives us. Wherever we are working stays empty and signed until the carpet is dry.
Your office names a day free of services and bookings, so the whole building is ours to clean. Where a hall or an office has to stay open, the part we work in is closed off with signs until it is dry.
A warden or the office hands us the keys along with the alarm code. We ring to confirm the day ahead of each visit. When we finish, the building is locked and alarmed. Your keys are returned on the next working day.
Our truck-mounted unit runs from the van wherever its hose reaches the carpet from the car park. A hall upstairs gets portable equipment, which we carry up in the lift. The hoses stay outside lifts and stairwells.
Please move musical instruments and personal items into a secure room before we start. We move tables and stack chairs as we go, set them back afterwards and run air movers where a space must reopen sooner. Every area is checked before we lock up.
Three bookings have come from one large Perth church, covering about 2,440 square metres of synthetic carpet across an auditorium with its green room, a lower foyer and a children's wing.
At the inspection the carpet was in decent condition, with minor stains throughout and most of them in the auditorium and the lower foyer. Extra care went to the lower centre of the auditorium and the seating kept for parents with prams.
The café seating area showed scuffs from furniture and large mats brought in, so we cleaned it a second time. The main downstairs entry was not on the quote. We cleaned it anyway, at no extra cost. A later booking added the upholstery.
Synthetic, close to 2,440 m² in all
Auditorium and green room, lower foyer, children's wing
Front of the auditorium, pram seating
The main downstairs entry, cleaned though not quoted
Your most-used spaces first
Choose the rooms you want priced first. How often we return is always your church's decision.

Weddings and funerals both walk the main aisle, so its centre line gets our closest attention. Pick a space below for the rest.

The main aisle carries every arrival, procession and departure, so its soil packs down hardest along the centre. That centre line gets the most spotting and agitation time.
Between fixed pews and seats, hand tools and a narrow wand reach the carpet a machine cannot. The pews stay where they are.

Bare feet cross a prayer hall from wall to wall, so the soil spreads evenly instead of following one path. We pre-spray the whole hall before the rinse.
Wool prayer carpet is identified at the inspection and cleaned at a temperature the fibre tolerates.

People stand and talk in the foyer around each service, often with a cup in hand. The carpet there collects drink spills along with grit walked in from outside.
The strip inside each door is scrubbed by machine first. The rest of the foyer is then cleaned to the same finish.

A hall sees food, drink, craft and furniture through the week. We stack the chairs, move the tables, clean the floor and set the room back as we found it.
Carpet near the kitchen and the servery gets the extra spotting time that grease and dropped food need.

Offices and meeting rooms carry lighter soil, most of it on the path from the door to the desk. They are cleaned on the same visit as the worship spaces.
Desks and chairs are moved for the clean and set back where they stood.

No chit-chat, no problems, just the relevant questions and explanations. I would recommend Zoran's services to anyone. Thank you.

Hi everyone I would like to thank Zoran for a wonderful job you did cleaning the carpets. Very meticulous, efficient, nice natured person. Would use you again in the future and recommend you to anyone looking for a very very good carpet cleaner.
Your council or committee needs a figure it can approve in one meeting. Zoran prices the work on a free visit, shown around by the office manager, a warden or someone from the property committee. Every room is laser-measured. We check what is in the carpet and how we reach it before the figure is written. Six things move it.
The worship space, hall, foyer and offices are priced separately, so your council can approve them together or begin with the church itself.
An aisle with compacted grit has to be scrubbed loose by machine first. Carpet vacuumed every week takes less time.
Spotting takes time. Your quote covers every mark noted on the inspection day.
Carpet between fixed pews and auditorium seats is reached with hand tools. That slower work is allowed for in the price.
A whole weekday with the building empty is simpler than working in sections between hall bookings across several visits.
Wool turns up in some older churches and cathedrals, pure or blended. We clean it cooler using products WoolSafe approves, which takes longer than nylon.
However small the chapel, the clean starts at $385 with GST included, our minimum charge for every method. That covers our travel, the set-up and the early part of the work, so a small chapel pays $385 in total. For a bigger church the minimum is counted inside the full price, never added to it. We charge nothing to inspect and quote. A written price stays fixed unless the work itself changes.

The volunteer roster and your cleaners do more for the carpet each week than we can in a day. These five habits matter most.
Doormats as deep as two strides at each entrance catch the sand off shoes, keeping it out of the aisle.
Run a vacuum with a powered beater down the aisles and across the foyer once the services are over. It lifts grit that suction alone leaves deep in the pile.
Drip trays or a protective cloth under candle stands catch falling wax well short of the carpet.
Ask your florist to remove the stamens from lilies before arrangements go out. Without stamens there is no pollen to fall.
White towels, a bucket and cold water kept near the morning tea servery mean a spill is blotted in its first minutes, while it still lifts easily.
Wedding or funeral coming up? A single aisle or just the foyer can be booked for a date your office picks. The drying times above show when it will be ready. See the drying times
While our van is outside, we can also do the hall chairs, entry rugs and foyer tiles. Your quote prices each one next to the carpet.

A professional clean once every year is the minimum. A church with a large congregation, busy halls or food served on the carpet usually needs the aisles and foyer done more often.
These shape the interval for your building.
Your church sets the timing. We give advice.
Yes, as long as the clean is booked on a weekday. Carpet cleaned by hot water extraction needs the drying time your quote sets out, so a weekday when the church is free works best. Encapsulation, for lightly soiled carpet, leaves it ready to walk on soon after we finish.
Air movers shorten the drying where a space has to reopen sooner.
Yes. Pews and fixed seating stay in place. We vacuum between the rows with a crevice tool, then clean the carpet underneath with small hand tools that fit the gap.
That work is slower than an open floor, which your quote allows for.
Yes. Your committee picks when we come. Where daily prayers continue, we clean the hall in closed sections so another part stays available, each section reopening once it is dry.
Where the prayer carpet is wool, our owner Zoran, a WoolSafe Approved Fibre Care Specialist, sets gentler heat and products made for wool. Temple and gurdwara carpet gets the same care.
Cleaning usually comes first. When the aisle is dark down the middle while the carpet by the pews looks fine, the problem is soil, not wear. A machine scrub followed by hot water extraction lifts that soil and evens out the colour.
Carpet that is threadbare at the step edges, coming away from its backing or faded by years of sun through the windows will not recover with cleaning. We say so plainly, so your council can budget for new carpet.
Yes. We clean auditorium seats and hall chairs in place, fabric and vinyl both. Seats are priced individually, with one $385 minimum covering seats and carpet together. Fabric seats need 3 to 8 hours before anyone sits on them, so book them for the same quiet day as the carpet.
Yes. We match each product to the fibre and the soil. The rinse then recovers it along with the soil it loosened. Children should keep off the carpet while it dries, which also stops fresh footprints marking it.
If a playgroup meets in the hall, we book the clean for a day it does not meet.
Yes. Weekends and public holidays are open to book, at whatever hour suits your church. A weekday often suits a church better, because weekends carry the services. A hall or office that is free on a Saturday can be cleaned then.
