Commercial Carpet Cleaning
Playrooms, sleep rooms, offices and entries for a single centre or a whole group.
Commercial carpet cleaning →
Once the last child has been collected, the playroom and sleep room carpet in long day care, early learning centres, kindergartens, OSHC services and playgroups is ours to clean, so it is fresh and dry for the first drop-off. A weekend closure suits a whole-centre clean, with every room measured and the price written up beforehand at no cost.

Children spend their day on your carpet. They crawl on it, sit on it for group time, build on it and lie on it to rest.
That puts milk, food, paint and nappy accidents right where small hands and faces go. Families notice a stained playroom at drop-off. The floor is part of what a centre shows on every tour.
Families leave their children in your care, so you need certainty about who is in your rooms after close. With us that is only our own technicians, every one with a National Police Clearance. A Working with Children Check is provided wherever your centre asks for one. Our childcare carpet cleaning is held to the IICRC S100 standard and done only when the children have gone home.
The result is guaranteed. If anything isn't right after your clean, tell us within 14 days and we'll come back and set it right, at no extra charge.
Every playroom we clean follows IICRC S100, which spells out the pre-vacuum, how long a pre-spray dwells and how the rinse water is extracted. The same cleans also meet AS/NZS 3733:2018. Your director can confirm our certification by looking up Perth firms on the IICRC Global Locator.
Children touch the carpet and then their mouths. Every product we use is matched to the carpet and its soil, then the extraction wand draws the product back out together with the loosened soil.
Zoran walks the playrooms and sleep rooms with your director, measures the carpet and prices the centre in writing. If anything needs attention later, the person you call is the one who quoted you.
Your rooms inspected free
We visit when it suits your director, look at each playroom and sleep room, measure the carpet and put a single figure in writing. The inspection itself costs nothing.

Babies crawl across the nursery floor, kindy children sit for group time and school-age children pass through an OSHC room before and after school. We clean them all across Perth, always while the children are away.
Long day care centres open long hours on every weekday. We clean after the last pick-up or on a weekend, so a steam cleaned playroom is dry before the first family walks in.
Early learning centres group children by age, from the nursery to the pre-kindy room. The nursery floor babies crawl on and the busy group time area of the older rooms each get the clean they need.
Kindergarten and pre-primary rooms often sit on a school site and follow the school terms. We clean them in the holidays or on a weekend, giving the mat area and the reading corner the most attention.
OSHC services run before and after school and in the holidays, often in a hall or a community building. We clean on a day the room is free or on a weekend.
Playgroups meet in community and family centres, often for a morning or two a week. Their carpet and rugs take play dough, crumbs and spilt drinks. We clean on the days the room sits empty.
Every centre priced in one round
Operators running several centres across Perth can have all of them inspected together, with each centre priced in writing.
Childcare carpet takes every kind of spill a small child can make. Each mark is given a spotter chosen for it, ahead of the main clean. You get our honest view up front of what will lift.
Milk is a protein and fat stain that sours as it ages. A protein spotter breaks it down while the area is still cold, then the rinse carries the fat away. The sour smell goes with the residue.
Most children's paints are water based and come out in the rinse. Acrylic that has dried needs a paint remover to soften it first.
Dried play dough is flour, salt and colouring. We break it up and vacuum the crumbs, then rinse out the starch and the colour. PVA glue softens with warm water.
Mashed fruit, yoghurt and juice carry sugar and natural dyes. A dye spotter goes on first, then the rinse clears the sugar so it cannot hold new soil.
Urine and faeces are protein stains that carry odour. An enzyme treatment breaks them down where they have soaked in, then extraction draws them out.
Scrape, blot and phone us
Lift off anything solid with a spoon, then press cold water into the spot and blot it with paper towel. Hot water sets milk and other protein stains, so keep the kettle out of it. A same-day call lets us treat the stain while it is fresh.

The hours your centre is closed set our timetable. The soil in each playroom decides the method. Hot water extraction, the method most directors know as carpet steam cleaning, draws ground-in soil and spills right down to the backing. Playroom carpet steam cleaned on a Friday evening is dry 4 to 8 hours later, with fibre, soil level and humidity setting the time. Lightly soiled playrooms suit encapsulation. The crystals its detergent forms are vacuumed away with the surface soil, so a playroom is ready for the children in an hour or two. Doorways to the yard, where grit gets pressed in, are scrubbed loose by machine ahead of the rinse. Your rooms are inspected before we recommend the method for them.
After the vacuum, our pre-spray sits on the playroom carpet long enough to loosen milk residue and ground-in soil. Hot water is then pushed into the pile and pulled straight back out by the wand, taking the soil and spills with it.
Our scrubbing machine's brushes work a crystallising detergent through the playroom's upper pile. Once dry, those crystals hold the soil until the vacuum takes them away.
Children come indoors from outdoor play many times a day. Soil packs into the carpet at the outdoor doors, so our scrubbing machine works the pre-spray into it before the hot water rinse.

A centre has to know exactly who comes through its door, even when the children are gone. Our documents are ready before you book.
Your centre can have a Working with Children Check for each technician wherever its policy requires one. Every technician also holds a National Police Clearance. We never use subcontractors, so the names in your contractor file are the people who arrive.
Cots, playroom furniture and equipment carry $250,000 of cover while we work around them. Every clean at the centre is backed by $20M in public and products liability insurance. Our team holds workers compensation insurance. Ask and the certificates of currency come straight to you.
Damp floors, cleaning products, machines and every hose or lead crossing an entry are risks addressed in the general statement we keep for all our work. It comes with the quote or on request.
Your director is welcome to read the safety data sheet for any cleaning product we use in the centre. Every one travels in our van.
Your director runs us through the centre's induction once, at the start. We sign the visitor register on each visit and follow your rules for doors, gates and the alarm.
Your contractor file in one email
Ask for your file and one email brings everything a director needs. That covers our insurance certificates, police clearances, a Working with Children Check where your centre needs one and our Safe Work Method Statement.
Children are never in a room while we work in it. We arrive after the last family has collected their child, or on a weekend. Every room stays closed until its carpet has dried.
Your director lets us know about keys, gate codes and the alarm. Once we finish, the doors are locked, the alarm goes on and any keys come back the following working day.
A phone call to your director comes first, confirming the rooms, the time and who will let us in.
The truck-mounted machine runs from our van at the kerb, with its hose brought through the nearest door. A centre above ground level gets portable machines carried in the lift. The van's hose stays outside lifts and stairwells at all times.
Tables, chairs, cots and shelving return to where your educators keep them. Air movers go in when a room must reopen sooner. Each room gets a last look from us before the doors are locked.
A playgroup in Perth asked us to look at its carpet and its large rug. Both were in very good condition. Because the children play directly on them, Zoran recommended hot water extraction, the deepest rinse we offer.
The playgroup has booked us for seven cleans, each one invoiced on its own. Regular cleaning keeps a floor that started in very good condition looking that way.

Choose your first room
Start with the room that needs it most. How often we return after that is up to your centre.

The mat area in each playroom is where children sit closest to the carpet, so we treat it before anything else and give it the most extraction. Sleep rooms, entries, rugs and play mats each have a tab of their own.

Playroom carpet carries meals, craft, building blocks and floor play. We spot the marks around the eating tables and the art area first, then clean the whole room.
Shelving and furniture go back where the educators had them.

Children sit close together in the reading corner and at group time, so that patch of carpet soils faster than the floor around it. It gets a pre-spray and extra passes so it finishes the same colour as its surroundings.

We move the cots and stretcher beds aside for the clean and return them when the floor has dried. Sleep rooms are cleaned with the door open and air moving through, so they dry well before the next rest time.

Every family crosses the entry twice a day, bringing grit in from the car park. That compacted soil is scrubbed loose before the rinse, so the foyer looks right at drop-off.

Rugs from playrooms and reading corners are cleaned at the centre, priced per rug and treated for the fibre each is made of.
Fabric play mats and floor cushions can join the booking, each priced as a piece.
Before you let a new contractor into your centre, look at the reviews other clients have left. Each review is shown exactly as it reads on our Google Business Profile, with the reviewer's own name. Their star ratings are on Google.

An exceptional service! I didn't know carpet cleaning could be done so professionally, and Zoran's knowledge of the correct chemical combinations to remove stains from various fibres/fabrics was quite surprising. No chit-chat, no problems, just the relevant questions and explanations. I would recommend Zoran's services to anyone. Thank you.

Your price has to fit the centre's budget and a night or weekend when you are closed. Your director or centre manager takes us through the centre free of charge. We laser measure the carpet and look at the marks and how we get in. Six things decide it.
Each playroom, sleep room, office and entry is costed separately. Book the whole centre or just the busiest rooms.
Sand packed in at the outdoor door calls for scrubbing before the rinse. A room vacuumed daily with mats at the doors takes far less.
Paint, milk, food and nappy accidents take spotting time. Your price covers the marks we find when we inspect.
A weekend with the centre shut gives more working time than a single weeknight. Less time can change the method, which your quote states.
Rooms full of shelving, cots and play equipment take longer to clear than an open playroom.
Rugs are priced per rug. Wool carpet adds time, since it needs a cooler rinse and WoolSafe-approved products.
One small playroom on its own costs the minimum charge. It comes to $385 including GST and covers our travel, unloading and the opening stretch of cleaning, so the small job costs $385 and nothing more. On a whole centre the $385 is inside the total and costs nothing extra. Inspecting the centre and quoting it are free. Your written price holds unless you change the scope.

Educators see every spill as it happens, which makes them the carpet's best protection until our next visit. Five simple habits matter more than anything else.
Put a long mat inside each door to the outdoor area. It holds back sand from the sandpit and the yard before the children carry it onto the carpet.
Once the children have gone, vacuum each playroom slowly using a motorised brush. It lifts grit that plain suction misses.
Meals and drinks at the table, or on a washable mat, keep most food off the carpet.
A roll of white paper towel and a bottle of cold water let an educator blot a spill at once. Rubbing spreads it.
A drop sheet or mat under the painting and play dough tables catches what children drop.

A yearly clean is the minimum. Playrooms usually need more. Five things decide the number for your rooms.
Your centre decides how often. Our advice comes at the inspection.
Yes, once the carpet is dry. Products are matched to the fibre and the soil. Our extraction recovers them along with the soil. Keep children off each room until it has dried.
The safety data sheets are in our van for your director to read.
No. We only clean rooms with no children in them, after close or on a weekend. Educators and families never walk on carpet that is still drying.
An encapsulated playroom can take children again shortly after we pack up. A steam cleaned room stays closed for several hours, so we book it when the centre shuts for the weekend.
We agree the timing with you at the inspection.
We recommend one at the inspection, after looking at your rooms. Hot water extraction rinses ground-in soil out of the whole pile. Encapsulation, the low moisture method often called dry cleaning, suits lightly soiled carpet and gives the room back sooner.
Both are followed by a check of every room before we lock up.
Ring 0460 815 038 the moment you find the water. Water from a burst or leaking supply pipe is Category 1, clean water in IICRC S500 terms, so carpet reached early is usually dried where it lies.
Flood extraction tools remove most of the water. Then the playroom carpet and the concrete under it are dried with air movers and dehumidifiers until our moisture meter shows both back to normal. If the water came from a toilet or a drain, we say at once whether the job is ours.
Yes. If your centre closes over Christmas and New Year, that break is a good time to clean every room. We work through public holidays as well.
Pack toys and loose items off the floor. Leave the cots and furniture to us. Make sure there is a parking space for our van close to the entry.
Often, yes. One room on its own usually stays inside the minimum charge, which is $385 including GST. Beyond the minimum, a centre's price is set per square metre at our free inspection.
