At customers request, only cost estimates and not the exact cost for the services to be rendered can be given over the phone upon initial conversation with all customers.

The exact quote(cost) will be determined upon inspection or before we commence with our service.

And changes to the scope of work or requests made post initial quote will incur additional charges for the services rendered.

Our obligation free quotes in person are applicable only to commercial clients (not domestic), not exceeding 20km radius from Perth cbd, WA, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Our minimum charge for the services we have on offer is $120.00.

Cancellation Fees
